CHIN IMPLANT PLACEMENT helps to shape and provide volume and projection to the chin in order to enhance the facial profile and improve its outline, symmetry and visual appeal; it is one of the elements that helps us to define the masculinity and femininity of a particular face. Both the chin and the mandible are essential elements for our facial profile as well as for adequate teeth growth and development.

It is an ambulatory surgery, done under sedation and local anesthesia.
It lasts 30 to 45 minutes aprox.
The approach can be though the skin (chin crease) or inside the mouth (gingival sulcus).
Special care is taken to respect nearby structures such as muscles, blood vessels and nerves.
