The NIPPLE is composed of specially pigmented skin with many glandular and nervous endings as well as inner glandular tissue that stores and secretes hormones and breast milk. It is one of the most EROGENOUS ZONES and is part of the breast, a distinctive element of the FEMALE anatomy. The problems in the nipple are disorders associated with alterations in body perception, low self-esteem, even functional and disabling serious conditions.

Among the most commonly corrected alterations are:
- sunken nipples
- very large areolas
- asymmetries in shape and position
- complete absence of the nipple
- scarring secondary to other procedures, among others.
